Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WorkStream. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and workspaces

You may create a workspace or join an existing one using an invite code. You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

• You will not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• You will not upload content that infringes others' intellectual property rights.
• You will not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans (Team and Business) are priced in Indian Rupees (₹) per user per month, with applicable GST shown separately at checkout. No payment is processed until a subscription is confirmed by our team. Plan prices, limits, and features may be updated by us; any change to your active subscription will be communicated in advance.

4. Data and export

You retain ownership of your content. Workspace admins can export workspace data at any time from Account Settings.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City, India] have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
